Students will learn drills for each phase of the back handspring. They will also learn some drills and exercises that can be practiced, safely, at home. This workshop will benefit the beginner student who has just started their back handspring or the student who is close to achieving it! **REQUIREMENTS: All students must be able to perform an unassisted bridge kick-over on the floor to participate in this activity. Ages 7 and Up
