This is your opportunity to receive free advice, and giveaways, plus take part in some thrilling raffles! A Sneak Peek of What's Awaiting You at our Health Fair: • Jewel Osco will be offering free vaccines! What a fantastic chance to update your health protection without any cost. • Northwestern Medicine will conduct lipid and glucose testing. Take advantage of this invaluable opportunity to check in on your health – no appointments, no co-pays, just easy and accessible care! • Lions Club will generously provide hearing and vision testing.
