Event Description:
Sandwich Association of Merchants will be hosting a charity Halloween costume ball at the Best Western Plus Timber Creek Inn & Suites.

Proceeds from the ball will be donated to Our Sharing Pantry, which is a food pantry operated by St. John’s Lutheran Church in Somonauk. The pantry serves residents of Somonauk, Sandwich and Leland. For more information on Our Sharing Pantry, call 815-786-3667.

Organizers are currently seeking sponsors for the costume ball and donations for the contest prizes. To reserve a room at Timber Creek Inn & Suites call 630-273-6000 and ask for the Witches Ball promo code.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $30 per person if purchased in advance of October 12 or $35 after that date and at the door. Ticket price includes a Halloween themed buffet with items such as apple cider, appetizers, salad, entrée, and dessert. The ball will have a cash bar, DJ, karaoke and a costume contest with prizes for witches and warlocks. For those interested in staying the night at the hotel, a special rate of  $89.99 is available the night of the ball.
