Event Description:
"Beyond the Cellar Door: Prohbition at the Ellwood House," is the first 2020 lecture as part of the Brown Bag lunch initiative, Ellwood's free adult lecture series offered in collaboration with the Dekalb County History Center. The one hour lecture, presented by Audrey King, will take place at noon in the Ellwood House Museum's Visitor Center and explore the history of prohibition through the cellar's contents. Coffee and cookies will be provided and participants are welcome to bring their own lunches.
